Multi-SKU Listing Image Workflow and Shot Planner

Keep a shared shot structure without mixing up products. Paste up to 20 SKU rows, build a separate brief for each product, and hand off one selected SKU at a time.

Plan your listing image set

One SKU | product name per line. Maximum 20 products; unique SKU identifiers.

Create a small, reviewable production batch

Enter one product per line using SKU | product name. Use the identifier from your own catalog and a description that distinguishes the variant, such as MUG-BLUE | Blue ceramic mug. Letters, numbers, dots, underscores and hyphens are supported in the SKU field; names can include Chinese or other Unicode text. Duplicate identifiers, including case-only duplicates, are rejected. Start with a small family of products rather than putting unrelated goods into one brief. The tool accepts up to 20 products per plan.

Standardize the questions, not the product facts

Every SKU receives the same five-to-eight-shot structure, making gaps easier to spot during review. The product names remain separate in each shot brief. Shared structure does not mean shared measurements, ingredients, package contents or performance claims. Before producing images, gather a reference photograph and verified specifications for each variant. A single photograph of a blue mug is not sufficient evidence for the glaze, label or handle of every color in your catalog. Keep a reference folder tied to each identifier.

Approve one representative product before expanding

Pick one SKU and open its brief in Studio. Review the source upload, available model controls, output count and Credit quote. An eight-shot plan prefills eight outputs for this SKU in Studio, but submitting and paying still require your confirmation. Generate only the material you intend to pay for, then compare candidates with the source at full size. If the first product loses important details, revise the input or use your source photographs before repeating the process across the catalog. This planner does not launch all SKU jobs in the background.

Use a clear acceptance check for every variant

Confirm color, outline, label, surface texture and included parts first. Then check shot purpose, consistent framing, shadows and readable annotations. For a size or comparison image, use real measurements and your own verified claims. Review each product on its own rather than accepting an entire batch because the first result looks good. Similar-looking variants are where an incorrect label or color can be easiest to miss. Mark rejected candidates in your production tracker and preserve the original reference for comparison.

Export a production handoff you can inspect

The JSON download includes the SKU, product name, ordered shots and review notes for every entry. It is a text plan, not a ZIP of images, a Shopify import file or a catalog sync. Select an individual SKU to carry only that product’s brief into Studio. Product text stays out of the handoff URL and the workflow analytics. The plan is held in the current page until you export it; a Studio draft uses browser session storage. Download before closing the page, then attach approved images to the correct variants in your store.
