Which plan should I choose?
Choose Try when you are creating solo and want the lowest commitment. Choose Pro for recurring production, 3 seats, 5 brand workspaces, batch campaigns, and review approvals. Choose Max when 5 seats, client workspaces, and connected-channel exports matter. Choose Onetime when you need credits without a subscription.
How are annual plans charged?
The full annual price shown is charged once when you subscribe and again each year until canceled. The annual allowance is delivered upfront, and the exact charge and credit validity are shown on the selected plan card and in checkout.
How do credits translate into outputs?
Use the output estimates on each card or enter any balance in the calculator. Estimates use today’s default generation settings and assume all credits go to one workflow. Before every generation, Yito shows the exact quote for your model, duration, resolution, settings, and output count.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits remain usable for the validity period shown on the selected product. Annual credits are delivered upfront. Onetime credits do not expire.
What happens if a generation fails?
When a generation ends in a qualifying provider or platform failure, reserved credits are released or returned automatically.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes. Cancel future renewal in Settings → Billing before the next charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy using the order, provider record, delivered and used credits, and the request reason. Consumed digital credits are generally non-refundable except where law or a confirmed qualifying failure requires otherwise.
Are the same models available on every credit plan?
Try, Pro, and Max share the same production-ready model catalog. Compatible models and quotes depend on the workflow and settings; unavailable models are not quoted.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
Yes. Onetime packs add a finite number of credits, do not renew, and never expire. They do not include plan access, seats, or workspace limits.
