Bandcamp cover art and audio requirements
Prepare album artwork and artist-page backgrounds for direct-to-fan Bandcamp releases.
Platform guidance
Bandcamp requires square album art of at least 1400 × 1400 px for discovery and recommends a 1280 × 1440 px page background. Keep rights and release identity accurate.

Working sizes
| Asset | Dimensions | Aspect ratio | Media type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Album art | 3000 × 3000 px | 1 / 1 | Music |
| Page background | 1280 × 1440 px | 8 / 9 | Image |
Why these numbers matter
Marketplaces, social networks, and streaming services resize, crop, or reject media that misses their working size. Building each asset inside the published size keeps the product, title, and artwork in frame instead of being re-cropped after upload.
